Intellectual Property and Innovation in Healthcare
Mar 25, 2010Dr. Mark T. Esper, executive vice president of the U.S. Chamber's Global IP Center, participated in a panel discussion with Congressman Dan Lungren, hosted by the Galen Institute, on the value of innovation in the healthcare industry and the importance of intellectual property rights protection. Dr. Esper called on the Obama Administration to deliver the national IP strategy this summer to better enhance our enforcement tools and efforts to curb IP theft.
