Charles Danehey is the manager of U.S. policy for the Global Innovation Policy Center (GIPC) at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He serves as liaison between the fundraising department and GIPC and manages GIPC’s invoices. Charles fields various assignments from the domestic and international teams to forward both teams’ policy agendas.
Before joining the Chamber, Charles interned at Citi Group’s international team. Previously, he interned at Mission Media and Do North Magazine.
Charles graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business and a minor in Accounting. He is active in local lacrosse and hockey leagues and enjoys hiking.
