Slumdog Milionaire’ Will Help Fight Piracy: Industry Body


Lauding the mega success of British-Indian movie “Slumdog Millionaire”, the USIBC hoped that the release of the movie in India will prompt the authorities to increase efforts to fight film and video piracy in the country.

In a statement, US-India Business Council (USIBC), the apex trade body of Indian and American corporate sector, said the Indian authorities would recognise the importance of protecting the intellectual property with the success of the hit movie.
