Tecsis is the largest independent customized blade manufacturer for wind turbines. Here Koike and his staff of 5500 people create blades for wind turbines to foster sustainable energy in wind. Koike points out that, “Climate change, sustainability, this is the concern that’s to date is in every mind of our population, and everybody in every place in the world. So one of the major, let’s say, problems challenged that we have is how to provide energy to everybody without affecting, or making worse, the problems with environment.” He says that IP was fundamental because his team had to find innovation solutions and they had to be the only ones to bring these solutions to succeed.
